About Mamta

Mamta's calling to senior living began in 2017 during a volunteer experience that instilled a passion for ensuring excellence in serving seniors. Prior to assuming executive leadership roles, Mamta honed her skills in providing the volunteers workmanship by working along with her mother in Senior care facility Bhubaneswar, Odisha developing a depth and breadth of knowledge in start-up and turnaround initiatives, growth and care services. Working with teams in identifying opportunities for improved performance Mamta has launched Dr Rajani Care. She is the daughter of the renowned professor and doctor of Dr. Rajani Rath.

Mamta was honored to receive and has served as various leadership and volunteering position in Orissa Society of Dallas and United States. Today, Mamta brings to Dr. Rajani Care Senior Living Group more than 25 years of accomplishment in her academic and professional settings. When asked what she believes is the key to success? Mamta is quick to say, “We love all our parents and seniors, and they deserve to get the best care” Mamta holds a bachelor’s in computer science from Utkal University Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. She is currently residing in Dallas, TX. Mamta is blessed to have a nice family and living with her husband and two beautiful daughters.
